Overview

The BTR4Y Index Fund (BIF) is a financial initiative established by the BTR4Y Corporation. Its purpose is to provide a steady and reliable income stream at the corporation level and to supplement members’ earnings on a passive basis. The fund is professionally managed by MurderDeathKill, an experienced trader with extensive knowledge of EVE Online markets dating back to 2007, including personal and private fund management exceeding 150B ISK.

Terms and Conditions

Operational Costs

  • A monthly operational overhead of 200M ISK will be deducted from the gross profit to cover trading tool costs necessary for effective fund management.

Account Creation

  • Account Opening Period: Accounts can only be opened before the beginning of each trading period (6th of the month). This prevents late account openings that could inflate fund equity.
  • Initial Deposit: Deposits must also be made before the start of a trading period to ensure accurate equity calculations.
  • If an account is opened after the 5th of the month, withdrawals will be restricted for 30 days to mitigate potential fraudulent activity.
  • Transparency: All working market spreadsheets will be made accessible to corporation members upon opening an account with the fund. This promotes transparency and trust.

Trading Period

  • The fund operates trading periods from the 6th day to the last day of each month.
  • No trades will be conducted during the deposit period (1st to 5th of each month) to allow time for market assessment and strategy planning.
  • At the end of each trading period, a snapshot of the trading sheet will be recorded for historical records and cumulative data analysis.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals can be requested at any time and for any amount. However, please allow up to 5 days for processing, as liquidity may not always be immediately available.
  • It is strongly recommended not to withdraw during trading periods as dividends are calculated after the period concludes.

Dividends and Reporting

  • Dividends are calculated and paid directly into each investor’s account at the end of the month, based on their Fund Equity Percentage (FE%).
  • A detailed report will be sent via EVE Mail, including:
    • Total size of the fund.
    • Individual FE%.
    • Monthly profit reports.
    • Updated account balance with profits included.
    • Other relevant account information.

Investment Requirements

  • Minimum Initial Investment: 5 Billion ISK.
  • There is no minimum stake beyond the initial investment; you can invest as much or as little as you choose thereafter.

How It Works

  1. Contact: Reach out to MurderDeathKill via Discord to set up your investment account.
  2. Account Creation: Upon your initial deposit, an account will be created and linked to your in-game character.
  3. Fund Equity Percentage: Your deposit will determine your FE%, calculated based on the size of the total fund. This information is confidential and shared only with the account holder.
  4. Growth and Dividends: At the end of each month, profits are calculated, and dividends are added to your account balance proportionally to your FE%.
  5. Transparency: All transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and dividends, are recorded in a ledger for accountability and transparency.

Key Notes

  • Monthly Payouts: Profits are distributed at the end of each trading period and added to your account balance.
  • Expected Returns: Monthly returns of 10% to 20% or more are anticipated. However, please note that returns may vary depending on market conditions and past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
  • Support the Corporation: A small fee of 10% is deducted from profits to provide a steady income stream for BTR4Y. This fee applies to all accounts, including those of the CEO, Directors, and Officers.

BTR4Y Corporation Account

  • The corporation maintains its own account within the BIF, funded through combat operations and other in-game activities. While these provide supplementary income, they are not always reliable. The fund’s small fees ensure a consistent income stream to support the corporation’s growth and stability.
